We offer repair, installation, and maintenance services for garage doors and gates. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or additional work required.
Appointments can be scheduled via phone or our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.
We provide a 30-day labor warranty on all services rendered. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts as specified. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
TopDeal Garage Doors & Gates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the service area. We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
