to use our services.
Our Services
We provide garage door and gate installation, repair, and maintenance in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside,
San Bernardino, and Ventura counties.
Service Requirements:
- Safe access to work area
- Adult (18+) present during service
- Appointments subject to availability
Pricing & Payment
- Estimates: Valid for 30 days
- Payment Due: Upon completion (residential) or Net 30 (approved commercial)
- Accepted: Cash, check, major credit cards, cashapps
Warranties
Our Work:
- New installations: 1 year
- Repairs: 90 days
- Emergency repairs: 30 days
Parts: Covered by manufacturer warranties (varies by product)
NOT Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or neglect
- Acts of God
- Unauthorized repairs
- Pre-existing conditions
Cancellations & Refunds
Custom orders: Non-refundable once ordered
Refunds: At our discretion, processed within 30 days
Liability Limitations
OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.We are not responsible for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or data
Damages exceeding $1,000 total
Services provided “AS IS” – we don’t guarantee specific results beyond our written warranties.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Pay for services rendered
- Not misuse our website
- Indemnify us against claims arising from your actions
Safety Warning
Garage doors and gates are dangerous
- Only professionals should perform repairs
- Keep children/pets away during service
- Follow all safety instructions
- DIY repairs void warranties and may cause injury
California Specific Terms
- License: CA Contractors License #1139675 (verify at cslb.ca.gov)
- Mechanics Lien: We or our suppliers may file a lien for unpaid work
- 3-Day Cancel Right: For door-to-door sales over $25
Dispute Resolution
Arbitration Required: Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, not court
(except small claims).
No Class Actions: Disputes must be individual, not class action.
General Terms
- Governing Law: California law applies
- Entire Agreement: These terms plus Privacy Policy are complete agreement
- Changes: We may update terms anytime – continued use means acceptance
- Severability: If any part is invalid, rest remains in effect
Emergency Services
- Response times are estimates only
- No extra charge
- May require follow-up for permanent repairs
